Welcome to the first techno marketing conference covering broadband industry deployment in Southeastern Europe (SEE). This is the place to get the latest information about the technology and products of the world leading vendors from their key business and technical experts, and up to date picture of broadband deployment and regulation status form the industry leaders, and representatives of government and regulative agencies in the SEE region.

Broadband communication infrastructure is widely recognized as the fundamental base for the economic development. The long dream of using one technology as the cost effective means for all communication services is finally becoming a reality through the broadband. Unfortunately not all countries are ready to share the benefits of the realized dream – the well know digital divide separates the developed and undeveloped countries in the level of broadband infrastructure and the deployment of broadband services limiting not only the productivity growth but the very means of communication in the undeveloped countries.

Venue

The First SEE Broadband Conference and Expo 2006 will take place at Sava Center, Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro. Sava Center is the largest convention center in Southeastern Europe. This modern complex is located 15 minutes drive from Belgrade airport and 10 minutes from the historic Belgrade city center, business and market districts. The luxury hotels Hyatt Regency Beograd and Inter-Continental Beograd are located in the vicinity.
